Pretty typical interview, Applied online and got a phone screen and then a panel interview which consisted of behavioral questions and technical questions. A week later i got an offer and accepted.

I had an interview with the VP, which focused primarily on resume-based and behavioral questions. The VP was very kind, approachable, and gave the impression of being a great boss to work with.
Before the interview, HR had assured me that they would sponsor a visa. However, I ultimately did not receive an offer, as the headquarters decided not to sponsor visas that year.
