Interview
The interview process was fairly easy since I had been cutting hair for a while. Often, they will have you demonstrate a haircut on a mannequin or a person to show them your skills. The question were straight forward and usually they hire on the spot. They want you to be flexible with your schedule as it changed weekly.

The salon was new in our area and many stylists were applying the same day as I was. The management was two young ladies. They were both very friendly and professional. Standard interview questions and a demo haircut was required. Wasn't a very lengthy process but I think it could have been more informative.

Interview
Not a hard process just go in and talk with the manager and area manager for that store. They tell you about sport clips and their mission statement ask if you can hit there goals and answer honestly because if you don't think you can they will find out
