It's the easiest thing, the managers have no judge in character not speaking from myself but based on the other girls they hired, so if you are actually nice, young, friendly, and reasonably attractive you will get hired.

Interview
There are two parts to the interview process, a formal interview- you sit down with the manager and answer questions and sell yourself the best you can, and if you pass this part, then you are sent on to the technical interview- you bring in a model and perform a haircut for the manager to show off your technical abilities.

They asked what I liked about management and what I thought they could do better. Do not waste your time please apply else where! It's a drama filled place where management doesn't do what is supposed to be done. & expect you to run the show for them.
