Sport Clips Stylist interview questions

Initial interview with the Manager and cut a male model during the same time. I was asked how I felt about selling products while cutting at the same time. I was timed during the whole cut and went a few minutes over the 15 minute time table for the cut.

Salon was very busy ( which is good ) shows you will make money there. people were nice the girls kept smiling at me, made me feel at ease. manager took me back interview consisted of usual question and answers. they start out at $ 10 can increase with sales and how busy u are. she said the interview goes in 3 parts.. one on one interview, they they will ask u to do a fade on a man, u have to bring person in. cut hair then after that if they like you will do more interview quest. and answers. I went on a wend for 1 on 1 will have to go back next coming tues to do cut. we will see from there. overall seems like a really cool place, good money + tips manager was very nice , seems like she knows how to run a business !
