I first applied to Twilio through Jump Start. A month later, the recruiter messaged me through Jump Start saying they would postpone the hiring process for the role and resume mid-April. I didn't think much of it but was pleasantly surprised when I got an email from the same recruiter with a take-home assignment attached (5-6 support questions using their documentation). I made it through to the on-site, which was 4 hours long, with 4 different employees (a mixture of TSEs and one bar-raiser).
The recruiter got back to me within a week after my onsite :)

Question 1
- 5-6 supporting questions using their documentation.
- "Think about a time when you needed to handle a difficult situation"
A bit of unprofessional experience. HR did not show up at the scheduled time without any prior notification. Waited for 30 minutes, no show. Emailed the HR, the person responded that they had an emergency. Rescheduled the interview to later the day, being interviewed like the HR was your boss. The second interview was then with the hiring manager who did not understand English so well, had a hard time to communicate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Bengaluru)
Interview
Fake interview process !!! Strongly recommend not to attend since there will be 6-7 rounds of irrelevant interviews and with no techincal questions and only interviewers will be gathering all your product and company inside process since twilio is just trying to setup in India and looking to establish it's market.
Finally they will send an auto generated rejection email mentioning they require some additional experience irrpective of JD.
