Took a month from sending in CV and hearing back for interviews. I was ghosted after the interview. Do not expect much from this company with their niceness at the start. Too much waiting time from hearing back, waiting for interview feedback. Overall, would not recommend interviewing for this company

Interview
A few remote sessions in one day, good process for scheduling and conducting the interviews, good questions for the role. Interviewers seemed to follow a set of baseline questions. Got a prompt offer letter and accepted.

Interview
- Take-home test w/ sample tech support scenarios. Can solve by using Twilio documentation
- Half-hour phone interview
- Half-hour face-to-face (Zoom) interview
- Marathon day of 5 face-to-face interviews (Zoom)
I made it through the first face-to-face interview and was told to expect to hear back soon because they were trying to move quickly. I sent a note to the recruiter at Twilio asking for the email address of the person who interviewed me so I could pass along a thank you note. She replied "Done!"... I don't think she actually read my email. I responded with my actual thank you note to pass along but she said she already sent my "thank you note". So just a bit of miscommunication there.
After that, I never heard back. Even when I checked in for an update a week later, I heard nothing. Seems like a good company, I was excited about the prospect of working for them, but the recruitment process could use some improvement.
