3-4 face to face interviews happened and it was really great. The Interviewers are really helpful and understanding they encourage you so much and give you space to think and it felt more like a Brainstorm session

- A Issue was presented and asked to find design solutions for it - How do you pitch a new feature for an existing game. How would you monetise it
It was a good experience, phone interview, the recruiter was nice and knowledgeable. Took a couple of days longer then they had said to get back to me about the results. Gave me time to ask questions. This was the first interview. They said probably had about 3 or 4 more interviews after the recruiter.

4 Rounds in total: 1. Case Submission : Increase the revenue of one of their games by 5%. 2. Interview with SPM : RCA and Problem Solving CV question related to my gaming PM experience. (15 mins). Revenue is falling, what would you do (45 mins with multiple cross questions and hypothesis forming) 3. Interview with Lead Product Manager: Product Design and Game Design CV questions (10 minutes) Product Design (40 minutes) - Design a subscription program for case submission game with multiple cross questions on the answers Game Design(10 minutes) - Design a Snakes and Ladder games for PvP audience 4. Interview with Director of Product - Behavioral questions and fitment questions - Strength Weakness, long term goals, role alignment questions (are you okay to do this sort of work) I was then contacted by HR after clearing the rounds and extended an offer. I asked feedback after each round and was told that it was good.
