I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zynga (Bengaluru) in Apr 2014
Interview
The interview process was a very good one with good PMs interviewing me. There were 4 rounds and all of them went smoothly. First two rounds were technical in nature, with the last two rounds being cultural fit rounds.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zynga (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Extremely intelligent people with strong background like Google, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Facebook, NetApp, etc. tech giants and VC firms too! The recruiters are super sharp and proactive. Every response is prompt, warm and encouraging. Phone interview and then on site for half day. Broad and deep interview questions but no brain teasers. Feedback and offer was very quick. Warmly answered all my questions and concerns. Nice to allow work from home one day a week.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zynga (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2013
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter after applying numerous times directly to Zynga. There was a phone interview with someone from HR that lasted about 15-20 minutes. An in-person interview took place after that. Interviewed with two of the QA Managers for about 15 minutes each. The interview was fairly casual, allowing interviewee to do most of the talking. QA Managers were direct and clear in their expectations.
