Pros

As a team we want to create great games, that are not just rushed out on the market. Every opinion is heard, and followed through if there is reason for it Everyone gets the chance to work on everything they would like to work on Avoid crunch policy Bonus program

Cons

The Berlin studio is fairly new, be prepared to run into kinks and nooks as gears are not yet running smoothly. It is left to the team members to form the team spirit. Expectations are not communicated well and leads to false or too high expectations.

Pros

this was once a great place but is now worse than garbage.

Cons

5pg was bought by a Denmark based company that proceeded to try and force changes, dismantle teams, shut down projects and eventual close down the founding studio. They know nothing about making games, the games industry, managing a business, or dealing with people.

Pros

Nothing anymore, see cons for explanation.

Cons

The acquisition put people in charge that do not understand games nor the market. The expectations seemed fair but it was all a lie as they pulled the rug out from under the only studio that was doing anything right. We just released a game that has immense potential and great numbers. The lack of understanding of core games probably just put the nail in the coffin for the company, not just our studio. The team that had been 5th planet for all these years is completely gone.
