      Below are just some of the reasons why I loved my time at 5th Planet: -Fantastic Culture -Amazing Peers -Feels like a big family -Opportunity to grow

      Cons

      Never felt like there were any cons to working at 5th Planet but there were a few things that could use improvement. There were plenty of old processes in place that needed work to fit a growing studio. Generally just more forward thinking and planning the future was needed.

      Pros

      Rob is one of the best CEOs out there. He really cares about his employees, and treats them all like family.

      Cons

      Salary was a lot lower compared to other jobs with similar responsibilities. Also had to work during a few federal holidays.

      Amazing people all passionate about game developement. Very casual, but hardworking atmosphere. Very family friendly and everyone is treated with respect.

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit unorganized. Located in Rocklin, CA.
