      Pros

      They send machine and have some budget for trainings (100USD per year). Some customers are great.

      Cons

      The company will only hire people with assigned project, people without project will be fired soon or later. They also change the payment policies and if you don't accept they will invite you to leave the company. Communication is not useful and the CEO does not speek anything useful for the people during the company's meeting and normally talk about things that does not make any sense. The CTO is a better guy.

      Good company but not recommended for Argentines

      - Good clients - Good engineering team - Decent perks

      Cons

      - No vacations - Zero career growth (Argentina) - Cannot choose how to be payed (Argentina) They are forcing you to set up an overcomplicated payment method that has null benefits for the employee (loose lot of money, problems with treasury, subject to change) just to cover the company. No other global company operating on Argentina forces the employee to do this. Please if you still want to join the company, ask for this on the interview because you will need to recalculate your salary

      Haven't seen any that would cover all negative

      Cons

      Will be lying to you about everything Will lower your performance. Inadequate management and processes. Communication is toxic. Legacy code. Benefits are joke compared to their competitors. False reputation about how good their work environment and how professional their developers are.
