I was working for a year and they told me I'll be a permanent employee but as soon as the project goes away you're terminated on immediate basis

They promise 3 months of paid banking in case you run out of a project, it's a lie They take away your laptop if you run out of a project You can only spend 3 months in the bank looking for a project. It doesn't matter if you pass the interviews and the client is the one who backs down Not many opportunities with clients Basically, if you run out of project you have no pay and most likely you are out
