Pros

Really nice place to work, and really nice proactivity from everyone to help and get involved. The hiring process at AgileEngine was smooth and well-organized. HR was consistently clear and transparent, always keeping me updated on the process and next steps. Their proactive communication made the experience feel respectful and professional from start to finish, even when there was a change of position during my process. I think this is really important in such a crazy market where KPIs and conversions are everything.
