Great place to grow and learn. I like to define it as a meritocracy, were if you work hard, you get noticed, and if you have good idead with a good execution plan, you get awarded for it. Equipment, parties, travel, compensation, remote, different budgets for personal things like studying or team building. Mentorship by senior C levels. Countless pros.
