      Pros

      Overall good attitude towards employees. There are good opportunities for development both in the technical part and in management. You can transfer to an office in another country without any problems. Andersen was able to avoid mass layoffs, while other companies in the market fired hundreds of employees.

      Cons

      Very often, top management makes strange and inconsistent decisions, which are subsequently canceled or changed. Sometimes it seems that these solutions are thought up spontaneously, without any thought. There is also a noticeable problem with internal communication and informing employees. Sometimes information is sent to the entire company about some important changes, but resource managers are not aware of this and cannot give explanations. There is micromanagement from the C level. This also indicates flawed processes.

      A lot of stuff to grow in your area like educational events, lessons and courses on the corporate inner platform, experience with many different projects, co-workers with strong knowledge to ask for help, and general encouragement from the management.

      None, it’s a pretty good company to work at.
