Andersen is first and foremost about wonderful people who are great to work with.
Pros
Simply the best team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Very responsive, always supportive, excellent programmers, project managers, resource managers, and HR. In short, if you want to be sure that the team at your new job won't be toxic, difficult to collaborate with, but instead will be open, positive, always ready to help and support - Andersen is the place for you.
Cons
This could be seen as both a cons and a pros: too much time needs to be spent on professional development (and, consequently, salary increase) - to move to a new level (say from Junior3 to Middle1) requires solving numerous tasks, passing tests, participating in activities, going through interviews. If the project is not complex, then it's not a problem, but if you're working hard on the project all day, then it's very difficult to find the energy to learn and review afterwards.
