      Way too much favoritism and nonrecognition.

      Pros

      You can gain experience in various departments that can benefit you in a future job. There is nothing else positive to say bout them.

      Cons

      Crappy pay, some upper management and HR are horrible, all about who’s butt you kiss (literally) not what you know to possibly move up the ladder. As soon as you get on one of their bad sides as a “friend” start looking for a new job. Because job performance does not come first to them.

      - very disorganized - confused governance - without clear strategy - lack of people respect - have to be available for the Co. 24x7
