      Pros

      There are a lot of intelligent people who are hard workers. 1 hour lunch break and 2-15 minute breaks. Good Health Insurance Benefits and 401K.

      Cons

      There are no bonuses or incentives for agents to perform at a high level. Management does not care about their employees as they get treated like just a number.

      Easy work paid on time helpful management who was fired as well

      Cons

      HR does not work Days response from HR after whole contract was fired and moved to the Philippines Unnecessary in company Social media usage of Beedo masking it as learning. no information is passed through chain of command. Said will help with transition after being fired but not a single help was given to anyone.
