Pros

The employee benefits are great! There are always quarterly one on one meetings with your manager to talk about job performance.

Cons

Inter communication between teams can be hit or miss. Overall vision for projects can change at a moments notice. Could benefit from more accountability.

Pros

Snacks available, cozy leafs over desk.

Cons

I was new to the company and was put in an isolated assigned seat. I was so isolated behind the partition walls, the nearest person was 3 seats away! Lack of human contact was felt, it was difficult to get work done. I'm not even that social of a person. Apparently my department couldn't control the seating assignments so it was a big deal to get changed? I realize this was a happen chance case- but the isolation made my experience miserable. Also people insisted on the blinds being closed all the time- so the lack of daylight was miserable too! (CSR Department in the Basement-depressing compared to other floors).
