Great company to work for, if the pay works for you

Pros

Great environment & company culture. Room for growth and having your voice heard. Upper management seems to actually listen & take stock of employees.

Cons

Different departments and studios could communicate more, on the business/development side. This sometimes makes it difficult to share/gain knowledge on similar roles or projects. This has improved somewhat over the years, but still has a lot of room for improvement. Pay rates are also a bit low for the standard market value.

Pros

Great life work balance, great benefits, fun work environment, great co-workers, promotions encouraged from within, competitive salaries, great product, awesome CEO.

Cons

Parking, and nearby food options are just about the only thing I have issues with, and neither are really that bad. The lack of parking is offset by the public transportation options, and the food options are there, you just have to walk a bit.
