      Great wok culture. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They treat their interns like professionals and value their opinions. Meetings are always scheduled on time.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any cons apart from the fact that they don't really have an official internship/ co-op program at the moment.

      Pros

      Big Fish is incredibly respectful of its employees. People are nice, hardworking, talented, and fun. The hours are flexible. The office has gorgeous views.

      Cons

      Promotions are skewed heavily toward males. There aren't enough opportunities for advancement. There are people in positions of power that don't have enough experience in the gaming industry to make good decisions around direction.
