      Pros

      Fellow employees for the most part are smart/kind people, nice office, free cake once a month. Besides the first floor, accommodations are nice. Hours flexible.

      Cons

      Archaic hierarchy structure. Treats its customer support department like second class citizens, resigning them to the bottom floor, while supporting a 'moving on up' structure. Recruitment is run by unhelpful team who doesn't care about your growth in the company. Half of my job was reaching meaningless metrics.

      Pros

      Lot of opportunities. Good salary package. Recruiters and HR is awesome. Depends on the group you are assigned to sometime to make all the above to be positive. Good company culture.

      Cons

      Budgets are being tighten after the Churchill Downs Acq. Immigration department sucks. Lot of people left company because of that

      - Leadership is willing to take risks and pivot with the market - Employees are given creative autonomy and room to grow as professionals - Great work-life balance - Cool space/open work environment

      - You might have to explain what exactly it is Big Fish does when talking to your friends and family
