A great company with great perks - PTO (paid and unpaid), holidays, winter break, RSUs, 401K with matching. Wonderful and fun people to work with.

Cons

Inexperienced and lazy middle managers.

Fun work environment and plenty of upward mobility. Lots of perks with parties and events in a fun company.

Cons

Pay scale in Customer Support is low and it's easy to be scrutinized by management for minor issued with problematic customers. Work can become quire redundant.

the culture is pleasant, the people fun, the demands fairly low, schedules flexible the views from the office are superb, lots of freedom to take risks and make mistakes.

Cons

pay isn't great, management is disorganized, lots of lifers who're phoning it in and things can move very slowly, not a lot of cross-functional visibility, lots of unmotivated staff.
