Too political, toxic culture, make you challenge your worldview. Leaders at the firm do not care about employees at all, they threaten to fire you constantly even though you perform at top. Management changes too frequently, turnover rate is insane. Mental health drastically decreased. DO NOT work here unless you want to become the worst version of yourself. Lots of people are quitting. Western folks stay away from this firm, you know what I mean

- management here is horrible, especially your manager is come from Alibaba, they tried to bring everything in Alibaba to Binance without thinking whether it adapt - manager doesn’t respect your holiday, they book meeting at night or holiday and asking why didn’t you reply immediately - time estimate here always `as soon as possible` and many `urgent task` would cut in line, the priority tags here are only p0 or no body cares - base salary here just hit average, because CZ wants to reduce turnover rate, so they tried to allocate most of salary to yearly paid bonus. But the problem is your direct manager can have most of power to decide your bonus, if he/she don’t like you then you will not get a fair bonus … - last kpi here are more like a form, they didn’t do much experiments before setting goals, manager used to set reinvent a wheel with minor improve as their kpi … funny - the worst thing is not being fool around, is to work like a headless chicken
