Pros

- Brilliant, well meaning, intelligent, hard working people - Important cause - Decent annual leave

Cons

- Horrible management at C-Suite, constant rotation, infighting, and egos - Huge amount of (unnecessary) red tape/beurocracy - No direction, months of work often wasted with changing goals - Constant redundancies. I was there for 18 months and there were 4 rounds of redundancies and it’s clear there have been more since. - Little to no upward mobility if you aren’t in the inner circle - Average to low play with non-profit as an excuse

Pros

People - you’ll meet genuinely mission-oriented people Annual leave - generous annual leave with options to purchase additional leave each year Flexibility - flexible WFH policy and opportunities to work abroad.

Cons

The organization has recently undergone a major restructuring, including redundancies followed by rehiring for similar roles. Leadership operates with a top-down approach, often implementing decisions without considering their impact on lower-level staff and causing undue stress and uncertainty. Employees are frequently expected to take on additional responsibilities without corresponding compensation, with implied promises of future promotion or advancement that often do not materialize. Compensation remains below industry standards

Pros

flexible working. micro management if that's a pro for you.

Cons

lack of support from management Aggressive and discriminatory behaviours seems to be the culture Profanities from senior managers is the norm in use of language Lack of experience and knowledge on programme delivery/change management from senior managers. Extreme lack of decision making Management criticise you for having a voice yet praise others for doing thesame especially if they look like them. Inclusivity is an issue here, won't recommend this place. Professionalism, Dignity and Respect in the workplace is a big issue
