Pros

There are a lot of good beneficits and that's a perfect environment to grow as a developer and person.

Cons

Salary is not as good as other enterprises throughout the market.

Pros

- today they provide you the equipments you need to work. - since covid we can work from home. - flexible with work hours, but depending of the manager you are working with, no flexibility. - big number of projects, so you can try other projects if you don't like what you are doing. - Benefits in USA are above average compared to other companies. - they offer access to some platforms to improve your knowledge.

Cons

- senior managers far from the team, they don't know what is happening with the team and the work being done, then when the client requests something, they take actions without any context, many times making bad decisions and no incentives for the team members growth. - they talk loud about diversity and inclusion, but most of the times I just see the higher managers looking to make numbers on top of this subject and not really caring for inclusion. - people development process changes all the time, it' hard to know what to do about your career. So i see a lot of favoritism when the topic is role promotion. - when the topic is about expatriate people from Brazil to another country, I see friends bringing friends, all men... no projects to pay for those people, but they expatriate them. When women have opportunities with project and paid by the client, they say they don't have budget to expatriate .. the speech about ESG doesn't work well here. - when diversity and inclusion team approached me, was to give me more work for the same salary ro represent minority groups and increase the statistics of the company, but no support for my burnout. - I don't have good experiences with business partners. They never helped me directly, I was expecting them to help balance people's evaluation, but many times they don't even join the people development meeting with the employee. - depending of the project you can have a nice life or a very bad life with lots of extra work hours and terrible managers. - As higher your role on the company is, harder to understand what you need to do to get a promotion... they say you need to do X, you do X,Y,Z and hear that it's not what you need to do to be promoted, because you are not doing ABC. Or that the company doesn't have money because their growth was only 55%... poor people... - i see a lot of people making "bad jokes " that could be considered inappropriate, specially for work environment. I don't see anything happening to them. But I see people receiving feedback because they are mad with some co-worker that is not working and the person is overloaded, and the company doesn't do anything. And many people that do this inappropriate comments know thay they are wrong.

Não consigo mais pensar em prós. Agora o ambiente se tornou tóxico, todo mundo se sente desmotivado e exausto.

Cons

Salários e promoções congelados sem qualquer previsão de retorno enquanto o CEO faz live na bolsa de NY e nada em dinheiro. Eu ganho 4k reais a menos que um profissional da minha área e senioridade ganha. Abriram a bolsa e virou uma porcaria a empresa. A cultura que eu amava foi morta, pessoas se tornaram inseguras, ansiosas, hoatis... projetos sem qualidade nem perspectiva alguma. Zero crescimento dentro da empresa, apenas foco em LUCROS
