      Lots of flexibility and good benefits

      Pros

      This company is very flexible with people who have various living needs. Flexible hours. They have Understanding and support around family needs and real life. They offer fantastic leave policies. You have to put in the work and do a great job, but it’s about the big picture of getting your work done well, not about if you took a two hour lunch with your significant other or needed to take Thursday to care for a loved one.

      Cons

      Like many larger companies, processes can be slow.
