Ever since Somo was acquired by this company everything has been going downhill. We were sold big dreams of better projects, more great colleagues to collaborate with, better career prospects and more opportunities. Information has been cryptic throughout the acquisition and now that things are unfolding it turns out much of what was promised is a lie. Their processes are outdated, existing people from CI&T are unwilling to collaborate or share our approach and learn from each other. The resourcing function is disorganised chaos and they don’t even have a system to track the skillsets of their employees to place them onto new client projects. When they shared the details of our new compensation packages in the U.K. they said there was no bad news and everyone was protected. They made redundancies the very following week and have been covering up many redundancies across locations globally.

Achei incrível a falta de transparência da empresa e ser demitida por uma pessoa que denunciei no canal de ética. Sem dúvidas um canal muito seguro para fazer uma denuncia, não é mesmo? Um verdadeiro ninho de cobras. Fora isso, te torturam quando você fica desalocado e se sua liderança não é sua amiga, não existe profissionalismo pra te ajudar a encontrar um campo de jogo. No final das contas só pude agradecer por ter sido desligada e ter saído desse inferno.
