      If you don't have a project they will cut you out

      Not flexibility, cutting people, disorganised, not english fluente

      Cons

      They bought a company and said that their jobs were going to be safe and same for the ones who were in the company for so long. They are so disorganised with money that they fired people who: have been years in the company, who doesn't have projects and the seniors one because are the one who have good salaries.
