      Training Could Be Better

      Pros

      My coworkers were really sweet and helpful. My manager was very supportive.

      Cons

      Training was 6 weeks and was a barrage of information on their infinite systems. Some current, some not so much. The knowledge system was unnecessarily complicated. And if you wanted to do anything, you had to ask in the chat vs having the ability to make the decision on behalf of your customer.

      I've works for a number of companies in different industries and Cengage is by far one of the best places I have worked. Lots of support, great group of people, everyone is looking out for each others best interests.

      None that come to mind.
