-People: I enjoy coming in to work every day. My manager and colleagues are amazing to work with. I've had the ability to learn so much and take the reigns on some projects. I feel my voice is truly heard and I've helped with a lot of initiatives. -Work: I love what I do in Marketing and that not everything is the same. Our leadership is always looking for ways to make our jobs easier, feel more involved, and be more engaged. I believe in our mission and love that we are helping students and their education - it makes me feel good about my work. -Activities: We have a committee on campus that you can be apart of to help plan events. These events are campus-wide and really increase employee morale, allow you to meet other colleagues, and get involved with the community. We get a PTO day for just volunteer work! -Work-life balance: We have great hours that are usually flexible depending on your manager. Life always comes first in the instances I've seen if people were sick, someone's family member was sick, etc.
