      Pros

      Flex hours, which means we can arrive at work at a time that works best for us. Our office layout is cool and in a great location. We have pretty good PTO/Sick time, standard from what is out there. The pay for this area is fantastic. Maternity/parental leave just got changed to 12 weeks for Moms AND Dads, which is a huge thumbs up.

      Cons

      Some people have been here for a long time and are extremely set in their ways, good luck having them adapt to change. Working as a smaller business unit under great Cengage is difficult at times.
