      Pros

      Great vacation time, 401k, salary, benefits, great management. If you work hard you will do good and be able to advance in the company.

      Cons

      Long hours. Goals can be hard to reach because of the economy and budget cuts taking place in schools and libraries.

      Lots of good people who are under appreciated

      Pros

      Flexible hours, good benefits/vacation package, people are great, lots of opportunity to learn and grow in your position. You will get a lot of work and will build up your resume.

      Cons

      Most everyone is very underpaid (with the exception of the top 10% of management, who make 4 and 5 times more than the hard working people who have been with the company for many years. Unnecessary travel, not enough support from management, very few options for advancement.

      Pros

      Very flexible hours and able to work from home. Fun work environment, good location and comfortable working area and good ergonomics.

      Cons

      They don't replace people when they quit. Management is super removed from what is going on. They don't seem to care that some are over worked due to lack of positions being filled. No lead available to help.
