Pros
They give time off and great working conditions but as a contractor or intern you get 10 an hour and do the same if not more as people around you who are making 30+ and hour. Plus you have to go through the temp company Adecco so you get no paid sick day, no paid holidays, no vacation ..nothing except crabby benefits that you pay for.
Cons
No promotion of contractors or interns from within, no matter how long you are here you still complete with outsiders for job positions. Sometimes they hire contractors but very rarely. Even a simple customer service telemarketer position I was turned down for despite being employed for more than 2 years, never late, rarely sick and doing way more than my job description entailed. I feel used and taken advantage of.
