Business Outlook
Pros
The people who work at Cengage are the best part of the job. The company itself seems interested in promoting competent individuals who will push the bottom line. There's a decent balance between work and personal life.
Cons
Morale and motivation are at an all-time low. Most individuals seem confused by the "big picture" and even though Senior Management likes to think they're keeping the employees in the loop, they really just seem to ostracize them. Products are rushed to the market and customer focus isn't always a top priority.
