The people, the work we do, the flexible schedule

Cons

Terrified of layoffs, three managers in two years, miniscule pay raises, no bonuses. Zero chance for advancement despite more responsibility with each round of layoffs.

Medical/Dental benefits, cafeteria on site, tuition reimbursement, shift variety. Parking, company wide holiday picnics. Overtime availability twice a year.

Cons

Lack of communication between departments, rampant favoritism, no positive reinforcement from supervisors, no coaching/QA feedback meetings for agents that would benefit from it. Scoring of agents inconsistently. Inadequate and/or rushed training for new hires.
