Pros

Promotion within company is very available. Company has a personal feel. They give you a lot of training.

Cons

Pay is HORRIBLE for the amount of responsibility they ask of you!!! 10 per hour for kitchen manager and you are responsible for food ordering, food costs, inventory, cleanliness, maintenance and food taste, quality and preparation, back of house operations.

Pros

Diversity and opportunity for young people to receive some management experience. I worked here during high school and my freshman year of college as a kitchen manager. I eventually moved on because my first promotion took far too long to complete and my promotion to service manager was going to be delayed when they realized I wasn't 21 - even though I was far more qualified than many other people I worked with above me.

Cons

Depending on the store you work at you could possibly wind up under some poor management. I had an overall good experience with managers that came up within my own store, but those that came from other stores for some reason had a tendency to under perform.
