1. Management is never going to support you for anything and maximum client what they have are best in business for micro management and the same is with middle managers here 2. They say they have a flexible timings but here you have to work as per their client timings like 12pm to 9pm where is all your flexibility? 3. They will save each and every money they can like they will never give you a salary a day earlier even tough last working day is either a Sunday or some holiday, earn each paisa interest 4.
