      Amazing! Room for input and colleagues really willing to help you.

      Pros

      - I started this week and this is really an amazing company! - My first week is full with meeting new people, attending stand-ups (agile) and getting to know the way of working. - There are some nice challenges ahead. - It's a fast growing company - I think there are a few places where you can learn as much as here.

      Cons

      - For now, I can't think of any cons. - If I have to provide one point of improvement, it would be adding flexible working spaces.

      Pros

      - Young crowd, well motivated - The sky is the limit attitude - Very clear company values - They understand customer delight - Innovative environment

      Cons

      - Chaotic - Workers are underpaid and this is a big con! - Work can be very monotonuous - Extra hours more rule than exception, not paid by the way. If you don't want to get involved in this peer-pressure of working 40+ hours people act like you are being lazy. - Not so much appreciation for your work, even if you work hard. I left because I didn't feel appreciated at all and because I felt like one-out--of-300. just a number.

      Dear writer, thanks a lot for the pointers that you've made. Some of your pointers are already high on our agenda or we've tackled them. For example: as a fast growing company we've experienced a couple of growing pains. We've successfully hired a number of senior colleagues to help on this, in addition to that we've changed the structure where needed. Of course this will need constant attention. Thanks for helping us on that!

      Fast growing company but with alot of racisme

      Pros

      Fast growing company! Opportunities to grow internal and to learn a lot in a short period. Great funny meeting rooms.

      Cons

      The company is not a copy of the society! They select you on your social background and not on your experience!
