Pros

Remote environment, that's really it

Cons

Complete lack of work-life balance unless you work within the sales team. Otherwise, expect to make yourself always available regardless of the time or day. Compensation sounds good until you realize the unreasonable standards they have set for each department. Complete lack of transparency between teams or even within your own team. Overall lack of direction with the company or it's products. Lack of most policies or procedures; managers and senior leadership are just making things up on a whim at the demands of the sales teams.

I would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience as part of our team. We do our best to practice radical transparency across the company, with regular team, department, and company meetings as well as public and private options for Do'ers to "Ask us anything" during our monthly AMA sessions, or in real time as apart of our AMA slack thread. Our policies and procedures have evolved hand in hand with the maturity and complexity of our business motions - and while we have a robust foundation in place, I expect they will continue to evolve along with our needs as they do in all companies. Anyone that identifies needs for greater rigor or process around a key activity is always welcome to make a suggestion or ask questions that might help us drive better outcomes. Lastly, work/life balance can be difficult to navigate as part of a globally distributed remote team - If this is something any Do'er is struggling with I would strongly recommend talking to your manager or HR Business partner about how best to balance the needs of your role with your time constraints, how to better collaborate asynchronously, and generally how to best make it work for you. The right mix of managing work/life balance and integration in a remote world can vary wildly by each individual and by role. No matter what the issue is, if someone is struggling we will always want to be able to talk it through and collaborate to find a solution. Kristen Tronsky, Chief People Officer @ DoiT

Pros

Travel and remote. They used to have RKOs in Mexico

Cons

Bad pay, no growth, bad management, very political, managers would hire depending on how you reacted to DEI.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. I take concerns about management and growth seriously. DoiT benchmarks compensation against top-tier tech companies and reviews it annually, and we've been investing in clearer career paths and internal mobility across all teams. We currently have 67 open roles — including leadership positions — and internal candidates are always given priority. I'd welcome the chance to learn more about your experience. If you're open to it, please reach out to me so I can better understand what went wrong. I wish you well in your next chapter.

Pros

good compensation unlimited PTO little/no micro management (it's increasing now do)

Cons

At first it was an extremely fun scale-up to work at, where hard work got rewarded. Over the last year or so do it has turned very political. I would only recommend this place if you like corporate politics - which some people really do, but I don't. little to no internal mobility lack of vision from senior leadership
