I would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience as part of our team. We do our best to practice radical transparency across the company, with regular team, department, and company meetings as well as public and private options for Do'ers to "Ask us anything" during our monthly AMA sessions, or in real time as apart of our AMA slack thread.
Our policies and procedures have evolved hand in hand with the maturity and complexity of our business motions - and while we have a robust foundation in place, I expect they will continue to evolve along with our needs as they do in all companies. Anyone that identifies needs for greater rigor or process around a key activity is always welcome to make a suggestion or ask questions that might help us drive better outcomes.
Lastly, work/life balance can be difficult to navigate as part of a globally distributed remote team - If this is something any Do'er is struggling with I would strongly recommend talking to your manager or HR Business partner about how best to balance the needs of your role with your time constraints, how to better collaborate asynchronously, and generally how to best make it work for you. The right mix of managing work/life balance and integration in a remote world can vary wildly by each individual and by role. No matter what the issue is, if someone is struggling we will always want to be able to talk it through and collaborate to find a solution.
