Pros

Employee meals with half off discount, free small coffee/tea through shift, and it's pretty easy to actually work.

Cons

Management. I've worked at 3 different stores with 3 different managers and all of them were the same. I've been degraded, screamed at, and burned both with heat and chemicals due to their negligence and refusal to listen to staff. You also don't receive any form of health insurance unless you're a manager or assistant manager.
