Pros

The work wasn't too difficult. The people, coworkers, we're relatively friendly. I was always paid on time and they took care of me.

Cons

With customer service there will always be bad apples you have to put up with.

Good, with catches.

Pros

All of this depends highly on your direct supervisor, which makes a huge difference. I started under a wonderful supervisor who respected everyone working there. She unfortunately had to leave and my new supervisor stayed locked up in his office all day and was always difficult to get a hold of when a difficult customer asked to speak with a supervisor. If you have a decent manager then everything should be fine.

Cons

With managers constantly coming and going its difficult to get a promotion because your current manager may have only been in the store for a few weeks and knows nothing about you or how long you have been there.

Pros

The best thing is the free coffee on the clock, and the half off discounts.

Cons

You get told you are going to get a promotion and you are trained to do all the work but its dangled in front of your face because you never actually get the full raise and promotion you were hired on to be.
