Pros

They start you out at a slightly larger pay than generally happens in Spokane.

Cons

Toxic environment. Little to no raises in pay while at the same time they keep adding to your workload. Was informed that they falsified data to support their decision to get rid of a team and put that full-time workload on an already full-time position. No pay raises were included with this change. Leadership is not trained well. Ultimately had a terrible experience here and suffered from working here.

Pros

There are a few good and ethical employees they are smart enough to leave fast.

Cons

There are many hateful gossiping narcissistic saboteurs in the REO division. The milieu is incestuous and plagued with baneful behavior.

Pros

Good pay Engaged Senior Leadership team Training opportunities Career Development Corporate Responsibility Fast Changing invironment Innovatation

Cons

Middle management are focused on their own careers and bonus. Opportunities often depend on the which contract you are one. Basically each contract has autonomy which I believe leads to equality throughout the business.
