Interesting Company

Pros

There is a great need for the services that Ecova provides. Clients are able to access their energy consumption and cost effortlessly. The full pay solution is unmatched by any other company in the industry.

Cons

There are a lot of key personnel exiting Ecova which leaves me to believe that there is something fundamentally wrong. Whether compensation, life balance or other issues, employees should have to LEAVE to have a good outcome. We are all highly trained employees that are valuable in the marketplace.
