Cons
While I am in a different position than most, I do see where money concerns do affect many team members. While I appreciate the idea of a monthly bonus based on rentals, one could ALWAYS make more of a monthly bonus by keeping costs under control EVEN IF the (previous) rental threshold was not met. I have sent ideas in the past suggesting a higher per hour with the current bonus set up would be beneficial, bust those properties with low inventory and/or high prices can only rent a fraction of what other stores can generate ( even in the same district) Especially with the fast approaching consensus on $15.00 per hour, employees would have options outside of Extra Space that are not currently viable.
