Overall there are very few cons. The health coverage is expensive but that is the case with most companies

Overall, with determination, integrity, and for those who aspire to grow, Extra Space delivers on their promise for future growth.

Cons

Whirlwind of tasks, prioritizing is key. Many individuals do not see self-storage as a viable career choice, so finding top talent is challenging.
