      Pros

      Extra Space Storage is a life changing work environment! The employees and the operations team are very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented and there is lots of communication and training to be successful in your role. I highly recommend working here as it is a great source for career growth. It is truly the best work environment I have ever had!

      Extra Space is a growing company with a focus on growing their people as well as store count. We are focused on a set of core values which we believe will help guide us to business and personal growth. As great a company Extra Space is, people work for people and we have some of the best.

      Cons

      With such growth comes a need for flexibility. We need people who want to develop themselves but are also relocatable and able to move where the growth takes us.

      Pros

      Great team and more attention and genuine care for the top down then any company I've worked for. Growth is there if you work for it. Most of the time. Stable job security and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Again. Growth is there is you put in the work but as with many companies, some people show up one day and get fast tracked because of who they know.. Development is a little lacking only because of how much the DMs have on their plate so sometimes you feel like your chasing and begging for some time. And just when you think you've proven yourself. You get realigned and have a new dm. Back to square one..
