Closed on Sunday's. A few paid holidays (more than most storage facilities). Nobody over your shoulder 24/7.
Cons
Only 30 min. lunch. To have a Saturday off during peak season must use PTO day. Must be a salesman and with that said be prepared to lie to push higher insurance or more expensive lock. Deal with daily complaints of price increases. Clean outdoor units in the heat and or cold and if your DM can wipe any form of dirt from the wall, you fail. YOU will perform all maintenance with a few exceptions. You will have a cell phone (stays at store) so you can clean and perform maintenance all of your 8 hour shift until somebody calls but you better stop immediately and rush to the office to stop the clock because you only have 10 minutes to call them back! I felt so horrible taking advantage of trusting people looking for a place to store their property.
