      Consistent hours with most major holidays off. Easy to pick up. Hourly with sales incentives. Okay benefits. Very nice management staff.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth beyond store manager. Seniority doesn't play a role in promotions. Management is not always forthcoming with information affecting employees. Frequent changes in company. Not always prepared to adapt to change.
