Promotions and advancement from within occur quickly because the company is rapidly growing. All sites work as a Team and encourage one another on a regular basis. All around just a wonderful company to work for. A very positive atmosphere . We are closed on Sundays which makes a perfect family day. Pay is decent and nice benefits.

Cons

I honestly can't think of a negetive thing to say about Extra Space. It really is a great place to work!
